01Request
Upload an Excel, CSV, PDF or photo and Procumi splits it into requests by supplier category. People in the field send requests from their phone, and their accounts don’t take a seat on your plan. Or just tell Atlas what you need.
02Ask
Each supplier gets the request in their language, with a private link and a reply-by date. On Team and Company, Procumi sends the emails in your name and follows up with reminders. On Start, it prepares them and you send them from your own email.
03Collect
Suppliers fill in the link, or reply with a PDF, Excel, photo or email. Replies reach you and your Atlas inbox, which matches each one to its request. Atlas reads the prices; you confirm them.
04Decide
One table: the lowest price on every line, each supplier’s total cost with transport and minimum orders, partial quotes flagged, and the split order with its saving. Next to each price, your average and what you paid last time.
05Order
Above the threshold you set, the order waits for an approver. Then it goes out as a numbered PDF purchase order with your company details and logo. Deliveries and returns are logged against the delivery note.
