01Bill of quantities
Start from the bill of quantities.
Upload it as Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo. Procumi splits it into RFQs by category (concrete, rebar, formwork) and flags missing quantities and formwork without a height before anything is sent.
02Hire, done right
Formwork and equipment hire, compared on the real scenario.
Rates per day, week or month are converted to the days you need, with the minimum hire period and one-off costs. A sale price is never compared against a hire request. Returns are logged against the delivery note, so the hire you pay is the hire you used.

Can I import my bill of quantities?
Yes: Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo. Procumi reads it, groups items by category and lets you check everything before any RFQ goes out.
How is formwork hire compared?
On the real scenario: the rate converted to the days you need (or the supplier’s minimum hire), plus one-off costs such as transport. Different regimes, such as sale versus hire, are shown but never compared.
What if a supplier quotes less than I asked for?
Under 98% of the requested quantity, the quote is marked partial, with the shortfall shown (for example “500 of 1,000 m²”). It can’t win the line or the total.
Do site managers need full accounts?
No. Site accounts send requests and log deliveries without seeing prices, and they don’t count towards your users.
Do you check Romanian suppliers’ tax IDs?
Yes, for suppliers in Romania Procumi checks the tax ID against ANAF and fills in the company details.
