If you buy every line from its cheapest supplier, Procumi shows the total and the difference: €34,240, €625 below the lowest full quote. You decide whether three deliveries are worth it.

How your team works
Requests come from the shop floor, orders go through approval. Every step, in one place.
The shift lead or storekeeper sends the request from the app, on a phone: what, how much and by when. Purchasing turns it into an RFQ in one click. Above the threshold you set, the order waits for the director’s approval, then goes to the supplier with a number, your company details and your logo. Deliveries are logged against the delivery note.

Isn’t Procumi for construction?
It started in construction, but RFQs, quotes, comparison, orders and deliveries work the same for any products. At sign-up you pick your industry and the app follows it: you work with work sites (plants, halls, warehouses), buy products, and the suggested supplier categories are for manufacturing (raw materials, packaging, spare parts, tools and consumables, protective equipment, maintenance). Construction features such as the formwork questionnaire or equipment rental don’t appear.
We have several plants or warehouses. Can we see them separately?
Yes. Every plant, hall or warehouse is a work site with its own delivery address. RFQs, orders and spend show per work site or for all of them together.
How much does it cost?
One price per company, not per user: Start €89 a month (3 users, 3 active work sites), Team €199 (10 users, unlimited work sites, order approval), Company from €399. Excl. VAT; yearly billing gets 2 months free.
Do my suppliers need an account?
No. They fill in prices from a private link, or reply with a PDF, Excel, photo or email that Atlas reads.
