Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors that Procumi engages to provide the Services, in accordance with Article 28(2) and (4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and Section 9.4 of our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Romanian version prevails.

2. Providers used outside the Platform
The following providers process data on Procumi’s behalf solely in connection with the procumi.com website and our commercial relationship. They have no access to Customer Data in the Platform and are not used to store or process Customer Data from Procumi accounts.

3. Public sources
When a company is looked up by its tax ID, the Platform queries the public web service of the Romanian National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF). Exchange rates are retrieved from the National Bank of Romania. Neither institution acts as a processor for Procumi.
4. Changes to this list
4.1. Before engaging a new sub-processor for Customer Data or replacing an existing one, Procumi will update this page and notify customers by email at least 15 days in advance.
4.2. Customers may raise reasoned objections within that period by writing to support@procumi.com. If an objection cannot be resolved, either party may terminate the Agreement without penalty under Section 9.4 of the Terms.
