How your team works
Requests come from the store or warehouse, orders go through approval. Every step, in one place.
The store or warehouse manager sends the request from the app, on a phone: what, how much and by when. Purchasing turns it into an RFQ in one click. Above the threshold you set, the order waits for the director’s approval, then goes to the supplier with a number, your company details and your logo. Deliveries are logged against the delivery note.

Isn’t Procumi for construction?
It started in construction, but RFQs, quotes, comparison, orders and deliveries work the same for any products. At sign-up you pick your industry and the app follows it: you work with locations (stores, warehouses), buy products, and the suggested supplier categories are for retail (packaging, freight, shelving and furniture, IT equipment, promotional materials). Construction features such as bills of quantities or equipment rental don’t appear.
We have several stores. Can we see them separately?
Yes. Every store or warehouse is a location with its own delivery address. RFQs, orders and spend show per location or for all of them together.
How much does it cost?
One price per company, not per user: Start €89 a month (3 users, 3 active locations), Team €199 (10 users, unlimited locations, order approval), Company from €399. Excl. VAT; yearly billing gets 2 months free.
Do my suppliers need an account?
No. They fill in prices from a private link, or reply with a PDF, Excel, photo or email that Atlas reads.
