Does Atlas place orders or send emails by itself?
No. Atlas reads and prepares; nothing is saved until you confirm it, and every order goes through you (and your approver above the threshold).
Which plans include Atlas?
The Atlas agent and inbox are part of every paid plan. AI reading is limited to 150 documents a month on Start and 600 on Team, with no monthly limit on Company. During the 14-day trial, AI reading covers up to 25 documents.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Documents are sent for reading only to extract the prices and terms, and are not used to train AI models. The AI provider is listed on our Sub-processors page.
How does Atlas know which request a reply belongs to?
By the sender and the content: the supplier’s address or company domain, then the requests sent to them and the items mentioned. When it isn’t sure, it asks you to pick.
